2. Attitude / Character:
Our runners need to be self-motivated to become in better physical shape, stronger runners, have fun, and to represent Modesto High School.  Our runners represent MHS and are expected to conduct and carry themselves with proper character at all times.  We want every MHS Cross Country runner to earn the respect of everyone they come in contact with, whether on the race course, after the race, at school, etc...
